經過昨天FBI的大肆搜查後，不少馬主心灰意冷……
馬主Gary West知道此消息後，立即將Maximum Security轉投巴富達馬房。聲明表示，合作五年的薛緯誠馬房面對多個不合法的指控簡直令人厭惡以及極為失望，會將旗下馬匹全部調離（薛緯誠馬房）。Maximum Security轉投以加州為基地的巴富達。
FBI探員去年6月竊聽了一段薛緯誠在賽後的一段對話，指不會對該藥品作藥檢。Maximum Security贏出沙地盃後棄戰杜拜世界盃，目前身處美國。
